- The Enterprise have to be registered with the EPFO .
- The owner has to take the LIN [Labour Identification Number] for taking benefit.
- If the owner wants to take the LIN number then he can take help from https://shramsuvidha.gov.in/.
- The new Employee has a UAN [Universal Account Number] with Adhaar connected for taking benefit.
- The new employee salary is not more than 15000 in starting.
- The enterprise should be registered after April 2016 in the EPFO records.
- The 3.67% money from the enterprise benefit should be deposit in the EPF account per month.
- The contribution of the Employee should be done in the EPF Account.

- लाभ लेने के लिए मालिक को लिन [श्रम पहचान संख्या] लेनी होगी।

- नए कर्मचारी का वेतन शुरू में 15000 से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए ।
- उद्यम को अप्रैल 2016 के बाद ईपीएफओ रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए।
- उद्यम लाभ से 3.67% धन प्रति माह ईपीएफ खाते में जमा किया जाना चाहिए।
- कर्मचारी का योगदान ईपीएफ खाते में किया जाना चाहिए।
