Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh launched the HP RERA portal under State Real Estate Regulatory Authority Act. Addressing the event CM said that builders must register under the RERA act and online registrations can be done via the newly launched Himachal Pradesh RERA Portal. Real Estate Agents, Promoters can register Projects at HP RERA via hprera.in
Himachal Pradesh government gave its nod to RERA Act 2017 on 5th August 2017 for regulation and promotion of the real estate sector in the state. The Portal will bring transparency in this field and remove the gap between the builder and the customer. The home-buyer can get complete details of the registered project from the HP RERA website. Register As Promoter
- Visit Himachal Pradesh RERA portal hprera.in
- On top of the page move to register and select Promoter Option
- Now select your application status as Individual, Firm, company or others
- Enter basic details, mobile number, email and upload profile image
- Provide TCP Project Registration No., Aadhaar no. and PAN card
- Enter your correspondence and permanent address
- Upload copy of following documents
- PAN card
- Aadhaar Card
- Registration Certificate
- Licence Copy
- Click save and continue, finally click on submit and you will be registered as Promoter at the HP RERA website.
Register As Agent
- Go to the Register link and click register as an agent
- Enter basic information along with email, mobile number
- Enter PAN No. and Aadhaar number and upload copies of the same
- Provide your Address details along with your business address
- Upload copy of following documents
- Resolution regarding authorization
- Experience Certificate
- Address Proof of place of business
- If registration is for another state/UT’s provide the details
- Click Save as draft and then Next
- Check the filled information in Registration Form-G and click Final Submit.
- After Fee payment, your registration will be completed.

Registration Fees for Agent is 5000 along with Rs.500 e-charges for online payment. For now, payment can be made through a bank draft. Mention Bank name Transaction number after submitting a draft. You can calculate the payment using the Fee Calculator for project registration
