Terms Of Service

These terms of service (Terms) govern your use of the AarogyaSetu Mitr portal and the information provided thereunder. Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully before you use the portal. The User shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions upon the Users usage of this portal. The Terms may be amended from time to time. Further, by impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms, you also accept and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy. In order to continue using the portal, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. Failure to comply with the Terms can result in the suspension of your ability to use the portal.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

The portal is part of a service designed to assist citizens of India to access healthcare services at their doorstep through third party entities providing an online platform wherein healthcare services are offered for sale either directly or indirectly through third party service providers associated with it (“Service Provider”). The services listed on the portal are part of a collaboration between the Public and Private sector. The use of each service linked from the portal is governed by the Service Provider’s Privacy policy and their respective terms of service.

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR USE

You agree to bear the costs of the data used when accessing these services as well as any costs listed by the services providers at their discretion.

3. USE

You agree that you will only use the portal in good faith and will not provide false or misleading information about yourself. You agree that you will not do anything to throttle, engineer a denial of service, or in any other manner impair the performance or functionality of the portal.

4. DISRUPTION

You agree that you have no expectation of or right to permanent and uninterrupted access to the services. While the services are intended to be accessible to you from everywhere in India on a 24x7 basis, from time to time and without prior notice of downtime, access to the portal or the services or to any part thereof may be suspended on either a temporary or permanent basis and either with respect to all or a certain class of users.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree and acknowledge that the portal will not be liable for any claims in relation to the use of the portal, including but not limited to (a) your inability to access or use the portal; (b) the failure of the portal in any manner (c) the accuracy of the information provided by the portal (d) losses attributable to services offered through the Service Provider.
